5. Layer 3: Enrichment Data as Context Fuel

Your CLAUDE.md tells the AI who your ideal customer is. Your skills tell it how to write outreach. But without enrichment data, the AI has nothing specific to say about the actual prospect. It falls back on generic phrases like "I noticed your company is growing" because it literally does not have the firmographic, technographic, or signal data that would make the message specific.
