Do credits apply for regular connectors and for enrichments?

Yes, credits apply to both regular connectors and enrichments.

What's included in the Databar subscription?

Each Databar subscription comes with automatic access to over 120 enterpise-grade data providers. Each plan includes credits, which you can use to scrape the web, enrich emails, and pull real-time data from our API network. You can always upgrade or purchase credits after buying a subscription. Databar plans also come with other features and perks, including concurrency, robust infrastructure, no-code automations, formulas, and managed connectors.

Does my Databar subscription include access to data providers?

Each Databar subscription comes with access to data. You can use your credits towards API requests.

What if Databar doesn't have an API or data source that I need?

You can connect your own API through our API wizard, which enables you to connect any API with a simple web form. You can also request that we add an API for you and we'll do our best to get it online as soon as possible. Team plans come with a 24 hour guarantee ensuring that any requested API gets added within 24 hours of your request.

Do you offer a free trial?

Each workspace gets 100 free trial credits which can be used towards API requests and enrichments. To receive more trial credits please reach out to us at info@databar.ai.

Do credits roll over to the next month?

Credits do not roll over on monthly subscriptions. On annual subscriptions, you receive your full 12-month credit allotment on day 1.

Do I pay for failed API requests?

You only pay for successful API requests and will not be charged for API requests that return no data or have an error.

How do I get access to the SDK?

What if I'm not happy with the data I receive?

If an API or data provider does not provide the data you were expecting, we may be able to get you a refund. This will depend on how many credits you've already used.
