Institutional Holders

It provides information on institutional ownership of a specific stock. Fields like holder, shares, reported date, and change since previous report are all supported. The 13-F form, which requires institutions to report all of their assets, is primarily used to collect data. This endpoint can be used to keep track of how much a specific stock was bought or sold by institutions during a quarter. You can also look at our key metrics endpoint, which includes a number of useful metrics such as enterprise value, PE ratio, and capex per share.
