Build your dream workflow with Databar today.

RocketReach is available on Databar. You can run four RocketReach enrichments inside your tables: find a contact by name and company, by LinkedIn URL, by email address, or look up a US healthcare professional by NPI number. RocketReach is also a step in three of Databar's pre-built waterfalls, and every enrichment runs from the Databar API, CLI and MCP server. You don't need a separate RocketReach subscription, and if you already have one, you can connect your own key.

What can you do with RocketReach on Databar?

These are the RocketReach enrichments in the Databar catalog as of September 2026, with their credit prices at that date:

Current prices and the full field lists are on the RocketReach integration page. Note that the name, LinkedIn and email lookups return email and profile data; for phone numbers from a LinkedIn URL, use Databar's phone waterfall instead (see below).

Where does RocketReach fit in a waterfall?

No single provider has every contact, so RocketReach is also a step in three of Databar's pre-built waterfalls:

  • Email by name waterfall. RocketReach runs alongside Icypeas, Snov.io, Findymail, Prospeo, Leadmagic, Hunter.io, Datagma and People Data Labs.

  • Email by LinkedIn link waterfall. RocketReach sits next to Muraena, Findymail, Prospeo, Leadmagic, Pubrio, ContactOut, Forager and People Data Labs.

  • Reverse email lookup waterfall. RocketReach is one of the providers that turn an email address into a person profile, with Diffbot, Snov.io, Datagma, Forager and People Data Labs.

A waterfall tries providers in the order you set and stops at the first usable result. Providers that find nothing aren't charged. The two email waterfalls can also verify each address with ZeroBounce, Bouncer or Emailable before accepting it, so an address that fails moves the search on to the next provider. At 9 credits in the email waterfalls, RocketReach is mid-priced, so a sensible first test puts it after the cheaper providers and ahead of the most expensive ones. The right position depends on how it performs on your list; how to set up an email waterfall walks through testing order on a sample, and how waterfall enrichment works explains the mechanics.

RocketReach direct or through Databar?

Both are reasonable. Which one fits depends on how you work.

RocketReach's email and profile data, plus 160+ other providers in the same account

REST API, Python SDK, CLI and hosted MCP server

If your reps live in RocketReach's search and extension, stay direct. If you enrich CSVs, CRM records or inbound leads in bulk, or want a fallback when RocketReach doesn't have someone, running it on Databar saves stitching providers together yourself. If you already pay for RocketReach, you can do both: connect your own RocketReach API key in Databar, and those requests use Databar actions instead of credits while RocketReach bills you under your plan.

How do teams use RocketReach on Databar?

  • Turning LinkedIn lists into emails. Paste profile URLs from Sales Navigator or an event export into a table and run Get contact info by LinkedIn, or the full email by LinkedIn link waterfall. More on this in enriching LinkedIn profile URLs at scale.

  • Filling CRM gaps. Import records that have a name and company but no email, and run the email by name waterfall with RocketReach as one of the steps.

  • Knowing who signed up. Run Get contact info by email, or the reverse email lookup waterfall, on inbound sign-ups to see title, company and LinkedIn before routing the lead. Reverse email lookup covers the workflow.

  • Healthcare prospecting. Teams selling to US clinicians can start from NPI numbers and use Get nurse data by NPI to add contact details and employer.

  • Adding phone numbers. RocketReach isn't in Databar's phone waterfall; for direct dials and mobiles, run the phone waterfall on the LinkedIn URLs RocketReach returned.

Whichever route you take, verify emails before a campaign: how to verify and clean email lists has the steps.

How do you get started?

  1. Create a table in Databar, or import a CSV or your CRM records.

  2. Click Enrich and search for RocketReach, or open the Waterfalls tab and pick an email or reverse email waterfall.

  3. Map your columns to the inputs (name and employer, LinkedIn URL, email or NPI number).

  4. Run it on a few rows, check the results, then run the rest.

If you work in code or with AI agents, the same enrichments are available through the Databar API and CLI and the Databar MCP server, so Claude or your own scripts can call RocketReach without a separate integration.

FAQ

Do I need a RocketReach account to use it on Databar?

No. Databar connects to RocketReach for you and charges Databar credits per result. If you have a RocketReach plan with API access, you can add your own key instead.

Does RocketReach on Databar return phone numbers?

The name, LinkedIn and email enrichments return emails and profile data, not phone numbers. The NPI lookup for US healthcare professionals includes phone numbers. For other phone lookups, use Databar's phone waterfall.

Am I charged if RocketReach doesn't find the person?

No. Lookups that return no data aren't charged, and in a waterfall the next provider runs. A result that returns some data is charged even if it's missing a field you wanted.

How does RocketReach compare with Apollo and Hunter?

They differ in database, pricing and what sits around the data. We compare them in Apollo vs Hunter vs RocketReach.
