Most of the manual work in an enrichment table is not the enrichment. It is the cleanup around it: splitting a name from a title, removing the third copy of the same email, running a quick calculation that Databar could not do, so you exported to a spreadsheet and came back.

May through July went after that work.

Excel formulas, in your tables

Familiar formulas now run directly in Databar. =IF(A2>100, "High", "Low") to flag companies above a size threshold. =CONCATENATE(A2, " ", B2) to join a first and last name. =SUM, =AVERAGE and =ROUND for the arithmetic you would otherwise leave for later. If you know the spreadsheet version, you already know this one.

Two kinds of deduplication

Single-column dedupe is the one-off: pick the email column, run it once, keep only unique values. It permanently deletes the duplicate rows, so check the column before you run it.

Automatic dedupe is the standing rule. Set uniqueness on a column and duplicates are blocked as they arrive, which matters when a table is fed daily by a CRM sync or an import. Outreach lists stay clean without anyone remembering to clean them.

Cleaner wide tables

Enrichments that return a dozen fields can now be collapsed into a single grouped column, and still run while collapsed. Split Text to Columns goes the other way, breaking "John Doe, CEO" into name and title on whatever separator you choose.

Parameter inputs were reorganized at the same time, so employee count and revenue are single range controls rather than separate minimum and maximum fields.

A new AI Researcher

The AI Researcher was rebuilt to return cleaner, more consistent fields, which makes its output something you can map into a CRM rather than something you read and retype.

Filters in the REST API

Shipped a few days later, and worth folding in here: the REST API accepts filters on GET requests. Until then it returned the whole table and you narrowed it down yourself. You can now filter with EQUALS and CONTAINS, so a request can ask for rows where the description contains "enrichment" or the company name equals a specific value.

About Databar

Databar replaces your go-to-market data stack with one platform. Search companies, people, and jobs, monitor the web for signals, and enrich it all with 160+ data sources and waterfalls. Wire everything into reusable automations that run on a schedule, on your tables and CRM data, or by an AI agent. App, API, MCP server, SDK, and CLI included on every plan.
