Six weeks of weekly releases, gathered into one place. The theme running through them: getting data into Databar with fewer steps, and reshaping it once it arrives.
Webhooks that set themselves up
Clicking Webhooks used to send you to a documentation page and leave you to assemble a table by hand. It now creates the table, configures the webhook and opens the setup panel with your URL ready to copy. Zero to a live endpoint in seconds.
Nine new importers
Data can now be pulled directly from Calendly, Attio, Salesforce, Instantly, HeyReach, Salesforge, Folk, Fireflies and tl;dv. Meeting records, CRM objects, campaign leads and call transcripts land as rows, with their custom fields intact, instead of arriving as a CSV you exported by hand.
Look up values across tables
Table Lookup is a VLOOKUP that lives in Databar. Pick a target table, choose the column to search, set the match condition and map in the value. Useful for joining two datasets on a shared field, cross-referencing a CRM export, or excluding competitors and existing customers from a list before you spend credits enriching it.
Reshaping data in place
Merge columns combines several columns into one with a fallback order, which is the fix for the same field arriving from three providers under three names. JQ formulas query and reshape JSON per row, turning a nested blob into usable fields. AI prompt templates can be saved once and reused across the workspace.
The JSON Expander also moved into the right-hand panel, so the table stays visible while you work through a response.
Controls for heavy users
Custom APIs on Scale and above expose rate limit and concurrency settings, so a connector can be tuned to a provider's limits rather than tripping them. Batch enrichment runs were made more stable, with plan-based ceilings. The API and SDK gained published rate limits, so an integration can be designed around known numbers.
Credit alerts, and an easter egg
Workspace owners can set a low-credit threshold and get an email before a balance runs out mid-run. It is off by default.
The March update also quietly mentioned a hosted MCP server, months before we announced it properly. Anyone reading the changelog got to use it early.
Waterfalls and integrations
People Data Labs and Findymail joined the get-email-by-social-link waterfall, and the company data waterfall started returning funding rounds, locations, industries and revenue estimates as standard fields. The Pipedrive integration was rebuilt with six new inputs and three export actions.
About Databar
Databar replaces your go-to-market data stack with one platform. Search companies, people, and jobs, monitor the web for signals, and enrich it all with 160+ data sources and waterfalls. Wire everything into reusable automations that run on a schedule, on your tables and CRM data, or by an AI agent. App, API, MCP server, SDK, and CLI included on every plan.
