Build your dream workflow with Databar today.

Previously, sources on Databar were rigid - every time a company search was triggered, we would create a table and attach one of the 5 company search tools you had picked. We realized this made it hard to preview results and left teams confused on which data provider to use.

We flipped that around. Databar now has dedicated search built in, so you start from what you're looking for, not from a blank table. We’ve also released the default Databar Labs company, people, and jobs search tools which are available with all key filters and allows you to search 10M+ companies, 150M+ people, and real-time job postings.

🏢 Company Search: build account lists the way you actually think about accounts

Search a global company database with the filters that define a real ICP, organized into clean groups: company attributes, location, size and revenue, funding, social signals, team signals, and lookalikes.

The basics are all there: industry (include and exclude), company type, founding year, HQ country, headcount range, estimated revenue, and valuation. But the interesting part is the signals you usually can't filter on:

  • Funding: last round type and size, total raised, funding date, and even specific investors. "Series A companies backed by Sequoia that raised in the last 6 months" is one search.

  • Team signals: filter by team composition, not just total size. Find companies with 25+ people in sales, engineering-heavy companies, or teams where a specific function is growing 20%+ year over year. This is hiring-structure intelligence as a filter.

  • Momentum: 12-month headcount growth (absolute or percent) and social media follower growth, so you can target companies on the way up, not just companies of a certain size.

  • Lookalikes: enter a competitor's website and find companies like it.

Every result comes back with the company's name, website, LinkedIn, description, HQ, plus full funding metrics and firmographics which you can then enrich further. Mix any of these filters with AND or OR logic.

👥 People Search: find the humans, with the context that makes them worth finding

Search millions of professional profiles and build a lead list from live data. Filters come grouped the way you'd naturally narrow a search: their current company, their role and seniority, where they're based, their experience and activity, and their background.

  • Company identifiers: filter by current employer's name, website, LinkedIn, industry, size, or HQ country. Point it at one company and get the people who work there.

  • Person job titles and roles: job title (fuzzy matched, so "Head of Growth" catches variations) and seniority level.

  • Person signals: people who recently changed jobs (the classic outreach window), minimum years of experience, and network size (connections and followers) as a proxy for reach.

  • The background: skills, languages, schools attended, and past employers. "Ex-Stripe people now at fintech startups" is a real search you can run.

Each match returns the person's name, current title and company, location, headline, LinkedIn profile, and their full work history and education as structured data.

💼 Jobs Search: turn hiring activity into a target list

Hiring is one of the strongest buying signals. A company posting sales roles is investing in growth. A company hiring for "Kubernetes" has a stack you can sell into. Jobs Search makes that signal filterable across millions of indexed postings.

  • Find the roles: search by job title, keywords in the description (yes, you can search for tech stack mentions like "kubernetes" inside job posts), functional category like Engineering or Sales, and workplace type (remote, hybrid, on-site).

  • Profile the company doing the hiring: industry, headcount range, last funding round, total funding raised, backing investors, and when they last raised. "Series A/B companies that raised this year and are hiring SDRs" is one search.

  • Scope it: filter by country, city, or state, and by posting date so you only see fresh listings.

Each result gives you the job title, listing URL, posting date, location, and the hiring company's details (website, size, estimated revenue, industry), so a jobs search converts straight into an account list with a built-in reason to reach out.

Preview before you build

And here's the part that changes how it feels to use: you see the results before you build anything. Configure your search, look at the actual matching data, adjust your filters, and only create the table when it's right.
