The main 11x alternatives are Artisan, AiSDR, Jason AI by Reply, Regie.ai, Amplemarket and Apollo, plus a custom build on your own data layer. Unlike 11x, all six publish at least an entry price: AiSDR starts at $250 a month, Artisan's Intern plan at $250 a month billed annually, Regie.ai Pro at $49 a month and Jason AI from $500 a month.
Which one fits depends on what you're replacing. 11x sells two digital workers, an outbound SDR and a phone agent, through a demo-led sales process. Below is what 11x offers today, why teams look elsewhere, and how each alternative compares on price, data and access, all checked in September 2026.
What is 11x and how much does it cost?
11x calls its products "digital workers". Alice is the AI SDR: she engages prospects across channels, handles replies and books qualified meetings. Julian is the AI phone agent. The 11x site describes a full pipeline flow: identifying buyers from signals across 50+ data sources, researching and enriching each prospect, writing personalized messages, and running sequences across email, phone, chat, social networks, SMS and WhatsApp.
11x doesn't publish pricing. Every call to action on its site is "Get a Live Demo", and we couldn't find a public pricing page. You'll get a price after a sales conversation, which makes it hard to compare against the tools below without going through that process first.
Why do teams look for 11x alternatives?
Three reasons come up, and only one of them is about the product itself.
Pricing you can see. If you want to model the cost of an AI SDR before booking a demo, 11x can't help. All six tools below publish at least an entry price.
Contract structure and trust. In March 2025, TechCrunch reported that ZoomInfo and Airtable, whose logos had appeared on 11x's website, said they had only trialed the product and weren't customers, and that a ZoomInfo lawyer cited possible claims including false advertising. Former employees told TechCrunch that many early customers used break clauses, typically at three months, in one-year contracts. 11x told TechCrunch it removed inaccurate customer mentions when asked, attributed the rest to human error, said its highest churn was in initial cohorts in late 2023, and put its retention at 79%. That reporting is 18 months old, but it's why buyers ask pointed questions about pilots and exit terms.
How much autonomy you want. 11x pitches autonomous workers. Some teams want AI inside a tool their reps already use, or an approval step before anything sends. Our AI SDR vs human SDR piece covers where each model holds up.

Prices come from each vendor's pricing page. Where a pricing page offers a billing toggle, the table notes which billing the price assumes.
Artisan: the closest like-for-like replacement
Artisan sells Ava, an AI BDR that finds leads, writes outreach, handles replies and books meetings. It's the nearest match to 11x's Alice in concept, with a self-serve path that 11x doesn't have. On the startup pricing view, Free gives 300 credits a month, Intern is $250 a month billed annually with 10,000 credits (Artisan estimates about 500 leads contacted), and Employee is $600 a month billed annually with 25,000 credits (about 1,250 leads). Larger team plans are scoped by sales.
Artisan publishes its credit costs: 2 credits for email enrichment, 10 for phone enrichment, 2 for an autonomous reply, and roughly 20 per person for an end-to-end campaign. Its FAQ says Ava is autonomous by default, but you can approve messages before they send, lock tone and CTAs, and ban phrases. Watch for: credits scale with volume, so model your monthly lead count with the estimator before you commit to annual billing.
AiSDR: pay by researched contact, cancel monthly
AiSDR prices by how many contacts it researches each month. Solo is $250 a month for 200 AI-researched contacts, 1 user, 1 domain, 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account, billed monthly with cancel anytime. Explore is $900 a month for 800 contacts and Scale is $2,500 for 2,500, both with unlimited users and paid in advance on the default quarterly view. Annual billing takes 20% off.
Best for: founders who want to try an AI SDR without an annual contract. Watch for: the per-contact price, which is high if you're used to buying raw contact data. You're paying for research and writing, not just the record.
Jason AI by Reply: an AI SDR inside an engagement platform
Reply.io's AI SDR, Jason AI, starts from $500 a month and lists 24/7 operation, real-time contact search, intent signals, AI personalization and AI-generated responses. Reply's own outreach plans start at $49 per user per month billed annually for email volume, and $89 per user per month billed annually for multichannel. Reply also lists an API, an MCP and webhooks.
Best for: teams that already sequence in Reply and want AI on top rather than a separate vendor. Watch for: LinkedIn automation ($69 per account per month) and calls and SMS ($29 per account per month) are add-ons on the email volume plan.
Regie.ai: a cheap self-serve starting point
Regie.ai's current self-serve product, RegieGO, is a single workspace for research, enrichment, drafting, a dialer and agents. Free includes 250 one-time credits. Pro is $49 a month on monthly billing (17% less on annual) with 5,000 credits a month, and Regie says enrichment that finds nothing costs nothing. Enterprise adds team workspaces, shared agents, custom CRM sync and SOC 2.
Best for: one seller filling their own pipeline. Watch for: Pro is a single-user plan, so a team lands on Enterprise pricing.
Amplemarket: data, sequences and AI in one contract
Amplemarket bundles a B2B database, multichannel sequences, intent signals and its Duo AI features. Startup is $600 a month on an annual term with 2 users and 27,000 contacts, including 13,500 email credits and 600 phone credits per user per year. Growth adds Duo Voice and Elite adds Duo Inbox, which drafts replies to prospect emails; both are custom priced. The pricing page also lists an MCP for prospecting from Claude or ChatGPT.
Best for: teams replacing several tools at once. Watch for: the annual term and the low phone credit allowance on Startup.
Apollo: AI features on top of a database
Apollo isn't sold as an autonomous SDR, but its Professional plan ($79 per seat per month billed annually) includes Agents, AI Research, AI lead scoring and unlimited sequences, next to its own contact database. If your reps already work in Apollo, that may cover what you wanted from 11x without adding a vendor. The catch is credits: a phone number costs 8 credits against 1 for an email. Our Apollo pricing guide has every tier and credit cost.
Custom build: your own data layer plus Claude Code
The last option is to build the SDR workflow yourself: a coding agent like Claude Code for research and drafting, a data layer for contacts and company data, and your existing sequencer for sending. You own the prompts, the review gates and the data sources. It isn't turnkey, and it needs someone who's comfortable maintaining it.
The data layer is where Databar fits. It connects 160+ providers through the Databar MCP, the REST API and CLI, so an agent can run a waterfall email lookup, which tries providers one after another until one returns a result, inside a conversation. Email finders such as Prospeo are available the same way as single enrichments. In a waterfall only the provider that returns data is charged, and lookups that return nothing aren't charged. Our guides to Claude Code for GTM teams and data providers for AI agents show how teams set this up, and the AI SDR stack covers when buying a single platform beats assembling one.
How should you run a pilot of an 11x alternative?
Whatever you pick, test it the same way so the comparison is fair:
Use a real segment. Pick one ICP slice you already know well, so you can judge whether the research and personalization are accurate.
Start with approval on. Review every message for the first weeks. Artisan, for example, supports approve-before-send. Turn it off only once the error rate is one you can live with.
Check the data separately from the writing. A wrong title or a bounced email is a data problem, not a copy problem. Verify emails before sending; our email validation comparison covers the options.
Read the exit terms. Ask how long the commitment is, whether there's a break clause, and what happens to unused credits.
Measure meetings, not sends. Volume is easy to buy. Qualified meetings per dollar is the number to compare.

FAQ
How much does 11x cost?
11x doesn't publish pricing as of September 2026. Its site routes buyers to a live demo, so you'll get a quote from sales. If you need a published price to compare, Artisan, AiSDR, Regie.ai, Reply's Jason AI, Amplemarket and Apollo all list at least an entry price.
What is the cheapest 11x alternative?
On published entry prices, Regie.ai Pro at $49 a month and Apollo Basic at $49 per seat per month billed annually are the lowest, and both have free plans. They're closer to AI-assisted prospecting than a fully autonomous SDR. Among autonomous options, AiSDR Solo and Artisan Intern both start at $250 a month.
Is there an 11x alternative with a free plan?
Yes. Artisan has a free plan with 300 credits a month, Regie.ai gives 250 one-time credits, and Apollo has a Free plan. None of the free plans run full autonomous campaigns.
What happened with 11x and TechCrunch?
In March 2025, TechCrunch reported that ZoomInfo and Airtable said they weren't 11x customers despite appearing on its site, and former employees described high early churn. 11x said it removed inaccurate mentions when asked and that its retention was 79%. Read the original report for the full account.
Do I need a separate data provider with an AI SDR?
Not always. Artisan, Amplemarket, Apollo and Reply bundle contact data. A separate data layer makes sense when the bundled data is thin for your market, or when you're building your own agent and need emails, phones and company data from more than one source.
