Pull call data, transcripts, and activity from Gong, and add prospects to Gong Engage flows for automated outreach.

In Gong, go to Settings &gt; Company &gt; API and create an API key to get your Access Key and Access Key Secret. Combine them as &#39;AccessKey:AccessKeySecret&#39;, base64-encode the combined string, then enter it here as: Basic . For example, if your Access Key is &#39;abc123&#39; and Secret is &#39;xyz789&#39;, encode &#39;abc123:xyz789&#39; and prefix with &#39;Basic &#39;. Note: your Gong API base URL may differ from the default - check your Gong API settings page for your specific API URL.

How to use?

Pull all Gong calls within a date range into Databar. Each call becomes its own row with key metadata - title, duration, direction, scheduled and actual start times, call URL, and whether the call was recorded.

Use this as the starting point for call analysis workflows. Import a batch of calls, then use the Get Call Details or Get Call Transcript connectors to enrich each row with full participant data and conversation content.

Import scheduled events, invitee and host details, event timing and outcomes, and historical meeting activity for enrichment, reporting, and pipeline attribution.

Please head over to Calendly.com to retrieve your API key. Your API key can be found under Integrations &gt; REST API &gt; Generate token (under Your Personal Access Tokens). Once you create a token, enter it here. The format should be &quot;Bearer {YOUR_TOKEN}&quot;.

How do I use this?

Setting up the API:

First you&#39;ll need to generate an API key from your Luma account page. All requests and data pulls will be authenticated with this API key.

You can generate an API key on your <a href="http://lu.ma/personal/settings">Luma dashboard</a>.

Can&#39;t find the API key section?

Once you generate an API key, copy it and paste it in the&nbsp;API key&nbsp;field above, give it a name, and click save.
