Find contact from Loops

Look up a contact in your Loops audience by their email address or user id. Only one identifier can be provided per request - if both are given, email takes precedence. Returns an empty array if no contact is found. Results include the contact's full profile: name, subscription status, user group, mailing list memberships, opt-in status, and any custom properties. Use this to check whether a contact already exists before creating one, or to enrich records with Loops audience data.
