Introducing databar.ai
Finding a way to make datasets more accessible.

External data is difficult
Most analysts have felt the pain of finding datasets for their work and research (we have!). Usually it begins with a Google search and ends with either a paywall or outdated csv files that need hours of processing and cleaning. There are many fantastic (& free!) tools out there - OurWorldInData and Kaggle are two we love. However, if you want something customized or granular, it gets a bit more technical and you often need turn to scrapers and data providers, which can be both technical and take a while.
There is a solution
APIs make finding datasets much easier. High quality finance, crypto, sports, and even Anime datasets are available quite readily for a subscription and some code.
But there’s a catch!
You need to know how to write the code and correctly query these APIs. And even then, you need spend time read the documentation, test out queries, and clean + process the resulting dataset.
We built databar.ai to make querying any API as easy as possible. All you need to do is log in, pick an API, enter a few parameters, and click run! We have many free data sources so you can get started without a credit card.
Here are a few free APIs on databar.ai for you to get started with:
Our free plan is really generous and allows up to 150 data requests per month + enough storage handle most use cases.
I hope you enjoy our site! If you have any questions or suggestions, join our Discord and chat with us or shoot over an email to info@databar.ai!
